Products arrived safely and it a really good bit of kit, I somehow managed to drop the lid and the top bit smashed off, I messaged the company and they sent out a new one and I recovered it within it a week can say it’s a very good company and customer services

This is quite a large processor so you need space on your worktop or somewhere to store out of the way. It processes and blends quickly. It has a lot of attachments many that I have yet to use. I have sliced, grated, chopped and blended food so far with good results. As with all processors you need to be careful not to over do it, so I use the pulse function. The individual attachments are fairly easy to fit once you have worked it out. The slicing and grating attachments come in 2 sizes, however identifying the right size is not so easy. The large glass container is a bit flimsy so care in handling is required.

I bought this processor mostly for my baby and to make bread. When I try to make dough, smoke comes out of the processor and it smells really bad. I can't make baby puree with it; I had to finish using a blender from Lidl. If you try to complain, they will send Royal Mail to collect the processor, but I don’t have any box at home, so it’s a waste of time to return the item and then wait another 5 days to get my money back. So, I will save myself some time and just throw this useless processor away and went to Asda to buy a cheaper and better one.

Absolutely amazing bit of kit. There are other more expensive ones out there that have more features etc but this one is value for money. So far it's held up to a lot of soup making and I can't fault it!

The grinder doesn’t grind some dry stuff smooth. Wish it has its own separate blade lid and more blades on it to enable it grind dry stuff better. Besides that the blender and processor are amazing.Note that I got this product strictly for the grinder and still having to add lots of water to grind dry stuff isn’t what I expected.

The base sits nicely on the counter ready for appropriate attachments, for baking or blending, to be slotted on quickly and easily, for use. It’s great for blending soups, slicing veg for, for example coleslaw, and speedy cake baking. Only negative is, no whisk attachments for meringue making etc.
