Looks elegant, serves its purpose.I've mostly been keeping it away from too much water - it hasn't rotted or disintegrated in the months that I've had it. Definitely good value for the money spent.Wooden soap dishes are all the rage in farmers markets these days - I've seen them listed at $25 and they didn't have any surface finish applied. I would buy this product over that any day.

Pros:- Doesn't smell weird, which is something I was worried about- Doesn't leave marks on my soap from wood stain or chemicals, although I've only been using it for a month- Drains the soap, just like it should- Looks expensiveCons:- More lightweight than I expected it to be, giving it the feel of something cheap. However, it doesn't LOOK cheap and I never pick it up, so who cares how heavy it is, right?

This is a great soap dish. So far it's working great. Seems sturdy and well made. My soap is on the larger side and it fits fine. I like how my soap will last much longer. I can see it being a problem to clean, but just as long as it's often it shouldn't be a problem

This is a great soup dish. I love how the slots allow the water to pass through. It's very light weight looks good and it fits on the ledge in my shows that does not have a lot of room, but this fits exactly on that ledge. The soap does not stick the dish. We use Dove soap and its about the same size as the bar.

Exceptional. I've seen a few reviews that said this item lacked in craftsmanship. However, mine is fine an operating as intended.

So I bought this w/o looking at the other pictures at a different angle showing that the slots have huge gaps underneath, rather than being ridges, so you'll need to put it on another soapdish or on the part of a sink that has one built-in, or it'll get messy. Craftsmanship is also a bit off as the pieces don't look put together uniformly.

Love these! I make my own soaps and these are perfect. I have had them forever and they never show signs of age. And the price you can’t beat. They are very attractive. I have 3 in my house at all my sinks. A little water and wet wash cloth and they are squeaky clean.
