Bright, clear and easy to adjust
I really like these two ASUS monitors. Even though they are only 1920x1080 they seem to be enough for close computer work. I needed to get two new dual monitors because I needed the bigger screens to make it easier for me after I got cataract surgery. They are bright and easy on the eyes with all the control adjustment settings at the bottom of the screens. I would recommend these if you want a great monitor at a cheaper price.

What's not to like?
I have a 3-monitor setup, all Asus--the 24 and the 27, both matte screens, and this one. They're all perfectly fine monitors, but I got this one because of the slightly glossy screen, for videos and movies. It gives the picture more richness and depth than the matte screens. It has a feature set of 8 somewhat customizable modes, plus blue light controls, brightness, contrast, and color temperature adjustments. Yes, it is more reflective than the matte screens, so if light reflection bothers you, be aware of how you place the monitor relative to other light sources in the room. It's not enough to bother me at all so far. The backlight is perfectly even, like the other 2 monitors. If you use it desktop style the base will not change height or rotate, though it will tilt a bit. It's VESA wall mountable. No DP input, so take that into account if you're using multiple monitors. To date, I'm totally happy with it.

Works perfect
This monitor is beautiful and it works perfect for my setup. I didn't realize it had no speakers but it's fine. The color is perfect and it does not strain my eyes. It is also very easy to put together. Perfect size if you only want one monitor on your desk. It is good for gaming, watching videos, and everything else. It is not too heavy either.

A larger replacement monitor, cheap but good.
Heavier than I expected. Much heavier than my old 22-inch monitor. (My 55-inch TV is light by comparison.) Be careful taking it out of the box. It would be better if you turned it sideways and slid it out. Lifting it straight up could allow it to fall, because there is nothing to firmly hold on to. Assembly was fairly easy, but the instructions were too tiny to really see. The base is a hard plastic, but, since it is supporting the weight, I would have preferred metal. Works well, but not a smooth substitute for the old monitor. Had to reboot a couple times before it was working fully. And there seems to be some problem in working with the mouse. I am fairly certain it is a technical issue that is easily cleared up. But the point is, that all the other monitors I purchased save one, were all plug-in-and-play. The colors are excellent and the definition is sharp with good contrast. If it also turns out to be as easy on the eyes as it says, then it is a very good buy. (I didn't test the built-in speaker. I was already using a good set.)

Great monitor for the money!
Love it so far! It's replacing an old NEC 24 inch monitor that started blinking in and out, and I needed something that supported both my old tower and my new laptop. With the HDMI connection for my laptop, and the DP port for my tower, I can easily switch between the two with no problem at all. Being my vision isn't what it used to be, the extra size makes a welcome difference. The clarity is great and the colors are good, though not as subtle as my old NEC which was a premium monitor when I bought it. For the price it was well worth the money.

Decent Build, But Performance Falls Short
This monitor doesn’t perform as expected. Setting it to 75Hz mode (which Windows reads as 74.937Hz) causes noticeable stuttering and jittery video playback, forcing me to stick with 60Hz for a smoother experience. Backlight bleeding is a real issue on this model—unless you keep brightness super low, it’s very noticeable on darker backgrounds & scenes. Viewing angles aren’t great either; you need to be dead center, or one side will appear darker (noticeable shadowing effect). Build quality is decent—it feels durable, the stand feels sturdy, and setup is effortless. However, it lacks USB ports, offering just two HDMI 1.4 inputs and an outdated VGA port. Overall, not worth the money unless you can find one at a steep discount. The included picture (a black background) exaggerates the backlight bleeding, but it’s still very noticeable in real use. If it had no backlight bleeding I'd give it a 3 out of 5.

Overall Verdict / TL;DR: This is the best work-from-home monitor I've used in this price range. The "Eye Care" features aren't a gimmick; my eyes feel noticeably less strained after a full workday. The 75Hz refresh rate is a nice bonus that makes everything feel smoother. Full Review 1. Context (Why I Got This): I'm a designer, and I run a dual-monitor setup for my home workstation, which means I stare at screens for 8-10 hours a day. My old 60Hz monitors were fine, but by 3 PM, I'd have that dry, gritty eye strain and a tension headache starting. I specifically wanted a monitor that prioritized eye comfort without breaking the bank. 2. First Impressions & Setup: The first thing I noticed was the "frameless" design. The bezels are incredibly thin on three sides, which makes my whole desk setup look more modern and clean. The monitor itself is lightweight but feels sturdy on its stand. Setup was just a matter of attaching the stand (one screw) and plugging in the power and HDMI cable. It was up and running in less than 2 minutes. It also has VESA mounting holes, which is great to know if I ever want to put it on an arm. 3. Performance & Daily Use: I've been using this as my main display for about a week, and it's a huge improvement. • Eye Care Features: This is the most important part. I immediately went into the menu and set the Blue Light Filter to level 3 (out of 4). The difference is immediate. It gives the screen a slightly warmer, softer tone that is so much easier to look at. After a full 8-hour day, my eyes feel... normal. Not strained, not red, and no headache. This feature alone makes the monitor worth it. • Image Quality (1080p on 27"): For a 27" screen, 1080p (Full HD) is a great resolution for work. Text is large, crisp, and easy to read without needing to use Windows scaling. It's not as "razor-sharp" as a 4K display, but I actually prefer this for reading text all day. The IPS panel means the colors are excellent and don't wash out if I'm leaning back or looking from an angle. • 75Hz Refresh Rate: My old monitor was 60Hz, and the jump to 75Hz is a surprisingly nice quality-of-life upgrade. Even just moving the mouse cursor or scrolling through websites feels noticeably smoother and more fluid. It's a small thing that makes the whole computer feel faster. • Other Features: The antibacterial surface on the bezel is a very "of-the-times" feature that I appreciate, especially in a home office. It also has a "Colour Augmentation" mode specifically to help people with colour vision deficiency, which is an incredibly thoughtful and inclusive feature to see. 4. Key Pros & Cons: Pros: • The Eye Care Plus tech (especially the Blue Light Filter) genuinely reduces eye strain. • 75Hz refresh rate is a smooth upgrade over the standard 60Hz. • The IPS panel has great, rich colours and wide viewing angles. • Very thin "frameless" bezels look modern and are great for a dual-monitor setup. • "Colour Augmentation" mode is a fantastic accessibility feature. Cons: • At 27 inches, some "pixel peepers" who are used to 4K might find 1080p a little soft (I think it's perfect for text, though). • No built-in speakers. This wasn't a problem for me as I use headphones or dedicated external speakers, but it's important to know if you're expecting them. 5. Value & Final Recommendation: For a monitor in this price category, the feature set is outstanding. You're getting a large 27" IPS panel, a faster 75Hz refresh rate, and a whole suite of wellness-focused tech that actually works. It's an incredible value for anyone who works at a computer all day. Final Verdict: This is a perfect home-office or student monitor. It prioritizes long-term comfort without sacrificing performance. If you suffer from eye strain or headaches after a long day of work, I can't recommend this monitor enough.

Excelente monitor, solo me quejo que le falta un poco de brillo y el menú es un tanto rarito. Amazon México me lo envió sin caja extra y llegó algo maltratado el interior espero no afecte a futuro.
