Great rug especially for the price. Does the job of stopping my dog sliding all over the wooden floors and makes me happy to sit with him on the floor. Looks great and very smart.

Lovely rug in muted greys and cream, perfect to hide old fitted carpet for the time being.Very soft and good quality. Makes the room look bigger. Plus, the cat won't scratch the short pile! An excellent buy.

The rug itself is lovely. It hasn’t fully flattened in the picture yet. Slightly thinner than I thought it would be. Light weight, but detail is great.Delivery was a nightmare. 3rd party company was used and took 2 weeks, they kept cancelling on the delivery day. When originally said next day delivery.

Love this Rug. It's not my usual type as I always go for chunkier type rugs. This is ideal and blends into my furnishings well. The pricing could be a little lower for such a thin rug but it looks the part. Takes a few days to flatten out. Pic taken on day 1 but it was fine a few days later.

Unfortunately opened the packaging (after it could be returned due to room renovation), one corner of the rug has opened up and frayed as shown (other corners look like they will go the same way very soon). Requested replacement but was told to sew it back up. This may be normal, but in all the rugs I’ve previously purchased it’s never happened, disappointed, my opinion is this was faulty.I should have inspected it straight away,Arrived squashed (like it had everything loaded ontop) as it’s quite stiff the indentations took a while to come out, although they can still slightly be seen.

The design was nice and simple but unfortunately it won’t lie flat, even after 6 months it won’t settle and is very annoying even easy to trip up on over at the edges. I definitely believe it’s a manufacturing fault, somethings been over tightened in the making of it. I really do wish I had read reviews first as I notice I’m not the only one who had the problem. Too late to send back, I’ll just accept I made a bad buy in this case and I’ll have to get rid of it soon as it’s not practical.

Really pleased with the look and quality. Rolled it the opposite way before laying and this helped it stay flat. We also laid a liner under as it's a drafty floor but the thickness of the rug meant we probably didn't need it.Feels lovely and soft and good quality and food value. I would definitely recommend.
