Crave Bakery Gluten Free Cookbook: Over 60 Gluten and Dairy Free Recipes from San Francisco's First Gluten Free Bakery

I've tried a few recipes and am very happy they are not only gluten free, but dairy free as I am gluten and lactose intolerant. The recipes are easy to follow and have gram weights listed as well as the usual measuring cup volumes. Mama's Zs chocolate cake recipe doesn't even taste like a gluten free cake. Quite an accomplishment. Satisfies my sweet tooth so I don't have to buy at a gluten free bakery which I can't afford to anyway. I've tried four recipes so far and out of the four there was only one that I didn't care for which is pretty good odds. Looking forward to trying even more and expanding my gluten free recipe collection. Just having Mama's Zs chocolate cake recipe is worth the cost of the book.

This is an amazing cookbook. The cake recipes alone make it worth the price. There aren't many recipes in the book, but each one has obviously been honed to perfection by anyone's standards. These are baked goods that you'll be proud to share anywhere, any time ..... if there are any left. My husband who is not gluten-free adores the chocolate cake which is dark and deeply rich. Very glad I bought this book.

My daughter made the Mama Z's Chocolate Cake with Mocha Mousse. It was so yummy! People who ate it commented how good it was even before they knew it was GF DF. Muffin base recipe is excellent too! We used oatmilk as our non-dairy milk.

Wonderful recipes and hints for cooks from beginners to advanced. This does not include any bread recipes, but all the recipes I have tried are wonderful, especially the chocolate cake.

Love, love, love this gf cookbook. The author's advice on which products to buy to put in her recipes makes a world of difference in the outcome of the baked goodies. The chocolate cake is the best chocolate cake I've ever had, hands-down. I can't recommend this book enough!!!

Amazing the way they break it all down for you before getting into the recipes. Great for a gluten free newbie like me! With all of the allergies out there these days, I recommend every baker have one or two dependable gf recipes. This book is a must!

The recipes were so easy to follow. Delicious. I've made several desserts for my boyfriend as well as a couple birthday/dinner parties. Everyone loves them and no one complains they're GF.It's nice to find a cookbook that provides such inspiration. It gave me new ideas that I could use for my own creations, too. THANK YOU!
