Love this so much that I bought a second. I am trying to decide if I should install it in our rarely-used shower or if I should hang onto it as a replacement for when this one gets hard water buildup (inevitable at our house!). I was surprised by how relaxing having the two shower heads running is - you wouldn't think it'd make that much of a difference but I suppose that's why those luxury showers have multiple heads!I installed this totally on my own - usually my husband does all plumbing-type projects in our house but I'm not above giving it a whirl! I was so easy - I was done in about 20 minutes, including getting rid of the old shower head. No leaks at all. Later I went back and removed the water flow restrictors because we have well water and it is already low-flow, ha ha.The various sprays are nice, though I'm totally confused by the one that just fizzes water everywhere - who would enjoy water spraying out like that, getting in their eyes? The others are nice, though. I'm not one to change it up too often but I like being able to choose which one I want to set it on and leave it on.The only thing that would make this better for me is if the rod was a little longer and the hose about 6" longer. I am 5'4" and I usually just use the lower head (put all the way to the bottom of the rod) because my hair doesn't get sprayed and I don't wash it every day. So this is a good one for the shorties - it's super easy to angle the bottom sprayer out or down (so if you're shorter than me, just angle it more straight down) and also easy to angle it side to side. The hose is longer than my last shower head so it's much appreciated but a few more inches would make it much easier to spray my entire tub when I clean it.The price is terrific on this. We have hard water and all of the soaking and scrubbing doesn't really cut it for long at our house and I don't enjoy doing it. So having an inexpensive shower head I can replace every couple of years is really awesome to me! (I bought the first one on a lightening deal and paid full price for the second one because I liked it so much and so appreciated the super easy installation!)

The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I needed to help get my elderly Mom's home more accessible for her after a recent fall and long hospital stay. So glad I found something that both fit her needs that allows her to shower without help and something that she could afford yet also not some cheaply made product that ends up breaking in a couple weeks. This shower bar and heads are made very well and everything assembled perfectly without any issues. I did thought forget to use the pliers tape so the top part is leaking slightly but that's an easy fix after I follow instructions better and use the plumber's tape. I've tried installing about 5 other shower head hose extensions and failed miserably, so I was a bit nervous knowing I'd have to try installing this one unsure if i could do it. But to my suprise it was way easier than i anticipated. Made me feel very relieved and happy being able to get this up and running for my Mom within maybe 10 min tops, that was only cus i re read instructions a few times making sure i did it all right, of course still didn't use plumber's tape,lol. Regardless, it works well and happy I bought this.

Works well, installed easily. Concerned about durability of slider arm (leverage) over time but ok for now.

This was the only real workable solution for us as renters! I use a hand-held shower wand but the walls are textured tile so I tried an adhesive handle holding solution and that didn't work. If I put the handle in the holder at the very top by the shower head it's way too high for me! I installed this new solution with no problems, it's great! It doesn't leak, it's high quality metal and was easy to install for a non-plumber! The only thing I'd say might be a negative for some is if you use both the top shower head and the hand-held at the same time you lose a lot of water pressure... but since I ONLY use the hand-held wand, it works great. I had replaced the wand in the kit with my own high-pressure wand (called the firehose) from takeashower. It works great and fit perfect with this kit! I'm very happy with my purchase and might be picking up another one for the other bathroom soon!

Love it; very easy to install and use. Great water pressure.

PRO'S:-Great design concept-Fairly easy to install (I had a little snag but only because of the filter I use not allowing for the lock nut to be used)-Affordable-Arrived quickly - sooner than scheduled-Both heads can be used simultaneously-All necessary parts were included- No tools neededCON'S:-shower heads, adjustable rod, diverter and handheld holder are all powder coated plastic. I'm fearful they won't last long. (I'd rather have paid $20-$25 more for a better quality product using this same design).-Too high a price point given the plastic components-I believe the item I received had been a returned item from the way contents were packaged. Also, because the handheld flow regulator had been removed (was INSIDE the head; couldn't get out), and the flow regulator was a bear to get out of the other head. I'm guessing that's why it'd been returned.

Shower head has two height settings. I’m limited to having to use a shower bench so I can put one head downward. perfect for me.

My mother came to stay with us the week of Thanksgiving and she is 85 years old. She has a difficult time reaching things that are high up so we need a shower head that could adjust to her size. This was perfect. I installed it myself. The directions are straight forward. Although some of the pieces are plastic it looks great, works great, easy install, and the price point is more affordable than the stainless steel models which can be costly and time consuming to install. I definitely would recommend to friends and family.
