My optometrist suggested I try fish oil supplements for eye health and this was the brand he recommended and sold in his office. Amazon sells them a little bit cheaper. I can't speak to how well they work for the purpose but they are easy enough to use. When first opening the bottle there can be a smell but there is no fish taste.
