worked really well for this crazy purpose. 1st graders 'had a blast' doing most of the steps of sending potato 250 yards over the Hudson.

Works as intended - sparks well for staring our propane camp stove. That's exactly what I needed it for. Might not be the best for a lighting a fire starter, not sure, but perfect for a propane stove. And takes up almost no room - so easy to pack without extra weight.

The spark is too weak. I have empty piezo lighters that will light a stove in 1-2 clicks. This takes 50 plus if it lights at all. There is a spark, just not strong enough.

When backpacking my fingers get to cold to use a manual lighter. The Campingmoon sparker works with no pain to my fingher tips. The oversized button and the fact that the sparker actually sticks out far enough to provide a proper spark, ignights my backpacking stove in just 1 or 2 quick pushes. I only wish it was ighter weight.

works just as well as the MSR branded one but the things that's nice about this one compared to the MSR is the price and it comes with a lanyard.

Cost to much.

It lit my mini burner so I could make coffee and food on a weekend away.

Not as nice and doesn't last long as the msr or Optimus sparky. Also doesn't put out as strong of a spark. Plastic is a little more brittle as well
