Already have the gel liquid inside, so they just need popping in the freezer. They stay cold for hours, so they're fab for kids lunch boxes. I always put one in a sandwich bag before putting it in my sons bag, just to keep everything dry. Works great.

Bought for childs lunchbox, not too big fits nice and snug. Freezes quick and lasts whole school day. Arrived in great time. Would buy again if price was right.

This product is flimsy. One was leaking. You get what you pay for. Would be better to pay more and get something better
