I only just received this bag but I like it very much, it’s what I was hoping it would be like. First, it is lightweight for being leather!! It has a deep inside center zipper, an inside side zipper pocket and a regular pocket, then the outside zipper. This all makes it easier to keep things organized so you find your things without digging around a big deep bag. The opening is wide so you see to the bottom. I followed someone’s advice and bought the grey so I don’t have to keep changing purses from black to brown all winter as it goes with everything.

I love this bag. I bought it in black a year ago, and it has been my number one go to bag, for daily run around. It is so easy to carry, and use, that now I am too lazy to even bother changing bags. I am still amazed at how it has stood up to daily use.I am so impressed with it, that I have been telling friends about what a well made, and strong bag it has proven to be. Usually I am very weary of writing reviews, but I felt I needed to for this item. If you are thinking about getting this bag, I do honestly believe it would be a good purchase and you will not regret it.My bags are usually too full, to tell the truth, I carry all sorts of things in my bag including my flask of tea, which I am never without, and this bag has stood up for a year to all that.I love how durable it has proven to be, that I got one for my girlfriend as a gift. I do hope, that like I have, she enjoys using it.

I love the bag. Exactly what I wanted BUT the smell is horrible. I’m hoping it will fade if I air it out. Otherwise, I would have to return it. If you have any tips. I would welcome them

smells like leather, feels like leather, my hard cover library books fit with all my other stuff too. HIGHly recommend

I am miserable about this bag. The chemical stench it emitted when I first received this was revolting. I have since aired it out for weeks in a closet but had to remove the bag from there because the odor was permeating the entire closet, have left it in a steamy bathroom, putting an unopened bar of soap in it. I’ve left it in the garage, and in the laundry room—same problem. Odor dissipated a minuscule amount after doing all this and I had hoped that eventually the stink would be completely gone. Well, it hasn’t gone, and I will not carry this bag around others due to the bad odor that comes off it. This tells me that either the bag is fake leather or it’s a cheap leather. Either way it’s definitely treated with what is probably a very unhealthy chemical. I should have stuck to my The Sak bags of which I have several and just paid a little more—those bags never stink. The seller wrote in response to my initial review asking that I just continue to air it out. In this case they should have provided an outright replacement. My money went down the drain with this bag—don’t make the same mistake.
