An excellent product—probably the best—for providing high quality iron that does not cause the unpleasant or debilitating side-effects (like constipation) of iron tablets. Pleasant-tasting. A high quality product. Alas, awfully expensive.

I struggled with iron deficiency for years and i hated how slow you can go the results from iron pills however with this liquid form in two weeks you can feel the difference. Yes it’s not the best taste it literally tastes like metal but you gotta do what you gotta do to stay healthy. It’s bearable after two or three days

As someone who suffers with bad bruising and low energy levels this has been a game changer. The taste isn't amazing but it could be way way worse. My energy has improved some much since taking this and my bruising and skin healing time has been cut in half. I have also noticed I have some more color to my face which has always been a bit of and insecurity of mine. For the price the amount you get isn't bad and would honestly pay more if I needed to considering how much this has improved my well being. If you can get over the after taste this is a great buy for people that have low energy and troubles with skin bruising and healing.

Although I was a little nervous after reading some reviews about damaged packaging, my order arrived fully intact and properly sealed.For context: I recently switched from the Mirena (hormonal) IUD to Paragard (non-hormonal) due to side effects like hair loss, weight gain, and acne flare-ups. Since switching on April 2nd, my cycles have been heavier, lasting about 6-7 days, which has led to increased fatigue and concerns about my iron levels. With my active lifestyle and daily workouts, the fatigue had started to throw off my routine, so I knew it was time to take action.I've always struggled with swallowing pills and used to crush iron tablets into applesauce, which tasted horrible. This liquid iron has been a complete game changer — it’s surprisingly easy to take. I usually drink it straight, follow it with water, or sometimes mix it into juice or a protein shake. To get rid of the aftertaste quickly, I’ll take a bite of my cereal bar (lol), but overall, the taste is very tolerable.I’ll continue taking it and plan to monitor my energy levels, as well as follow up with lab work to check my hemoglobin. After reading the reviews for this product, I was skeptical. Not only does it work, but it tastes good. I expected a strong bitter iron taste, but instead, it was somewhat fruity, like prune juice. I feel the difference as I move throughout my day. It's easy to use. The texture is thin. There are no side effects, and it's easy to swallow.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Helps if you have issues getting enough protein or absorbing iron.Tastes pretty decent for an iron supplement.Must keep refrigerated after opening.I recommend you only get a bottle that you can consume in 3-4 weeks otherwise the flavor isn't as good the older it gets (after opening).Taste:Honestly I don't mind it.Effectiveness:In the past it has raised my circulating iron, so it's my go to for iron supplements.It is easily absorbable. If you are sensitive to iron supplements (stomach upset) you could take with food instead of on an empty stomach, even though it's supposed to minimize it's effectiveness.

This product is a bit out of my price range, but I keep ordering it anyway because of the excellent results it produces. I have to take liquid iron because of digestion issues and I tried a lot of them before I tried this one. It tastes good, increases my energy times 1,000 and arrives excellently packaged to protect the contents.
