This book does a nice job explaining Sahaja Meditation. It's well organized and clearly written. It offers a wealth of information. If interested in meditation or just curious as to what Sahaja meditation offers, then this is the book for you. Enjoy!

USEFUL BOOK!
I bought this book some years ago and I just read it again since it's one of the most useful books I`ve ever had! What I've understood from? The essence of human being lies in his state. This is exactly the state of balance, which everyone can reach through this simple and natural method, called Sahaja yoga.

Great book
I am surprised there are not more reviews for this book because it's really great. It really helped me understand how meditation works and how it can help me if I do it properly. I really like this book and learned a lot from it.

The most beneficial form of Meditation can be accomplished by any of us!
Excellent explanation of how and why we should integrate meditation into our life. Well presented. not too technical for the average mind, yet thoroughly covers the many different aspects that such a lifestyle change touches upon. It answered all my questions. It also clarifies any indifference as to which meditation practice one should pursue. The long term benefits of Sahaja Yoga and the simplicity of the practice make it as ideal a practice as brushing your teeth. Easy to read and understand and easy to put into practice. Good for the novice and the practiced. The book emphasizes that it's purpose is nul and void if the reader does not follow through with the practice. It includes worldwide websites for the reader to follow through and seek out a local sahaja yoga collective in which to participate in collective meditations. If the established meditation practitioner can be humble, and open minded enough to read this book, they may see what has been lacking in other types of meditation.
