Fast and correct service. Probes replaced originals and fit well. Colors were different than original colors for easy identification. Only did a “plug in test” and they worked correctly. I use them for long 12-13 hour brisket smoking. Discovered faulty probes during last smoking so no immediate plans to smoke soon, but will update review if things change.
