Needs a different shoulder strap
Love the bag, but the shoulder strap is crap. The clips break apart very easy and they need a different type of clip to secure it to the bag

GREAT FIND
My daughter has used this every Mon-Fri for a year. It holds quite a lot and has convenient outer pockets for key, wallet, small coffee thermos, etc. Classy looking for a lunch bag. Has held up well. Definitely recommended.

I was very pleased with the size of this lunch bag. I wanted a bag that had side pockets and they are a nice size as well! It’s a good quality bag for the price. I can fit my salad bowl inside along with a few side items.

Roomy with pockets
I really like how roomy this lunch bag is. I am able to fit my bento salad container in here with fruit and a drink with plenty of room for additional items. The pockets on the outside can hold a water bottle or thermos. The strap is plenty long, and it can act as a handbag due to the attractiveness of it. I highly recommend this product.

I like it, but…
I really like the size and color but my coworker commented that it looks like a diaper bag! I like it but holding bottled water isn’t possible. The weight of the bottles make the bag tilt over, even on your shoulder. The first one arrived damaged.

Nice but came without the strap
This lunchbag is leakproof, insulated, large enough to fit my Factor meals sitting flat, and has several useful pockets, but it was delivered without the shoulder strap. Disappointing.

Smells
DO NOT PURCHASE. I ordered this lunch bag expecting to absolutely love it.Unfortunately that's not the case, it's quite the opposite. I can't even open it, forget using it, it has the worst chemical smell to it!! My whole condo started to smell when I left it open to air out.Currently requesting a refund. The smell isn't going anywhere. Fingers crossed the company provides me a refund. Will updatereview with the outcome.
