Q: Does anyone know FOR SURE if these straps STRETCH LIKE RUBBER? I used to have rubber straps & can't find them anymore. Thanks for your help!

These do have significant stretch. However, they do not stretch like those old black rubber bungies we used to use. These are really adustable and I prefer these to any bungie any day
