Will they fit barred rock chickens?

I have these on 3 barred rock, 3 Wyandotte, 3 RIR, 6 orpingtons, 2 Easter eggers, and 3 olive eggers . All hens. It didn't fit my silky roo's.

I have australorp,buff orpington,brahma and easter egger roosters will they fit them and if not any ideas on on what to use? could they be rigged to

They fit my Buff and lavender orpingtons, Easter eggers, Rhode Island reds, Barred rocks, buff brahma, and silver laced wyandottes. It did not fit my Silkie roosters so we just didn't band them.

What is the inside diameter of the 16mm leg bands?

I don’t know the inside diameter exactly but they will not securely fit on large feathered leg fowl.

Can i use it on my quaker bird?

I am not familiar with the size of a Quaker parrot. I bought them for my Coturnix quail and they fit very well. So I guess if you know how big a quail is then you can compare them with your Quaker birds.
