Very soft, comfortable, easy to install and customize how I see fit! Love the universitality I get and will fit perfectly with my full plan to get 2 more for my own makeshift sectional. I was worried when other reviews said they were darker than in pictures but the shimmery velvet on my blue model is exactly what I was hoping for. The only gripes I have is that the backrest is a little short and I wish there was a 4th slightly higher adjustable position, but that just means I need to add some pillows.I would also suggest if you have them in the shape I do for picture 2 or similar, to remove the clasps for safety precautions. They unscrew very easily and are the exact same shape on both sides just flipped vertically, so it is just as easy to reinstall.

It's a darker yellow, very nice and soft texture. It is a bit firm, but I love it! Absolutely 0 regrets with this purchase. You can't feel the seam where it turns into a bed when you lay on it.

My daughter likes her couch, but we wish it had a piece of matching fabric over the back area that made it look finished that could Velcro on and off if needed.

I love this futon, it’s a bit darker than the picture but based on other reviews I expected that. The only issue I have is that a screw was missing from the bottom of one side. Crossing my fingers it holds together and doesn’t cause an issue…

It was very easy to assemble and looks lovely. Keep in mind the back is ugly (black and has a board sticking out to support it in bed form) so it needs to go against a wall. But the velvet looks very nice. It's decently comfortable but quite firm--maybe it will soften up with use. There was a small hole in the stitching on the top of mine. I think someone could sleep on it, but not if they're tall. My dog approves.

So let me first say that we purchased two of these futons. They arrived early but the boxes only contained the left side of the couch 😂. Definitely got a little scared but after reading a few of the reviews, it looks like this is pretty common. Today the second shipment came and the right sides arrived! This was super super easy to put together, like crazy supper easy! The boxes are not very heavy and no tools are required! Score!!!! My husband is 6’0 and can lay down comfortably on them. They are a little stuff but I assume that is because they are new. It is a bummer that the back is only that black furniture cover, so I am thinking of buying black velvet and stapling on there so my cats don’t scratch it. I am really hoping these hold up for everyday use in our living room, although I have my doubts. Love the fact that they can be used as chairs, a couch or a futon. Here’s hoping we get a few years out of them!

UPDATE REVIEW:I have to say that shortly after my futon caved in & left me with half a futon, I reached out to customer service. They delivered... Like literally delivered a whole new left seat for me!!! :) The response time of customer service was really fast & before I knew at I had new parts delivered to me & was able to enjoy my futon again. :) If your do decide to order this product, rest assured that any issues will be taken care ofI was in love with this product. Perfect for my small space, great budget, stylish & fast shipping, & very easy to assemble. However, after a week if sitting on it one of the legs went lopsided because the metal part where they screws go was crooked. I noticed that but it gave me no issues whatsoever until now. Now I only have half of a functioning futon. :(

This product was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. A little too sturdy. It’s very stiff. The product is high quality and the velvet fabric is quite soft. The folding arms don’t go all the way straight up so it kinda looks funny where it creases in the front. Its a very nice touch to our guest room and I think after breaking in the couch it will be perfect for guests.
