Decent replacement head. Valves are fitted loose and require adjustment.

Shining a light into both ports shows that the valves aren't seated properly. Hopfully they will come OK with a bit of lapping. That said, considering that this head costs about the same as 10 lattes from Starbucks (complete with a spark plug and all the gaskets!) I'm OK with doing a bit of work on it before it goes on the bike. Otherwise I find it amazing that they can make something like this for the money they do, and I reckon it will do the job in the end, so I gave it 4 stars although I was torn between 3 and 4. I didn't have very high expectations when I ordered it so its fine but iI wanted to say it isn't suitable for someone looking for a plug and play fix for their bike (and probably all brands come from the same factory/are similar quality). Other reveiews have mentoned that the valve clearances need set too, but then I would expect to do that on any new replacement head.Update:yes the engine starts easily and runs nicely with good compression after lapping the valves so 4 stars is valid considering the price but do expect some work to make it good before you fit it.

After fitting the top end I discovered whilst trying to adjust the valves that the end lobe on the camshaft that holds the toothed sprocket spins freely as is not attached to the camshaft so the valves can’t open. Returned and repurchased in the hope it was a one off fault but still very frustrating to only find this out after fitting!

Bad manufacturing put in the spark plug fine when to remove plug to check the mixture and it snapped this is the second head in a row that has done it one from woostar and one from goo something i would like a refund

Very disappointed obviously was damaged in transit will be looking for my refund
