I liked this monitor because it was easy to use and understand

First, the cuff is way too small for the average male arm and they do not supply anything larger. Wellue’s response when asked for a larger cuff was too go and buy a third party cuff and check it’s accuracy yourself!Second the AAA batteries only have capacity for a few days use so the USB feed is needed for long term use.If any heartbeat anomalies are found they show on the monitor but are not downloaded to the app.Finally, whilst it can remember the historical readings it cannot remember the time or date! When plugged in using the USB lead it displays the time as 08:00 at some date way in the past until it is connected to the app. If a reading is taken before connecting to the app it carries the fictitious default time stamp and when downloaded gets stored at the very beginning of the list of readings on the app.Whilst the device is usable, it is only just usable and is about user friendly as a cornered rat!I bought this on the strength of their other products of which I have two, but I looks as if one of those will get returned as I am still waiting for a response from their technical support team. I am debating whether to return it but the problem is I have given the cuff to a lady user who has a smaller upper arm.Altogether a bad buy.Edit on 4th April 2022This has now stopped working altogether displaying an error message. Several readings were attempted with two different cuffs and all resulted in an error. Once the maximum pressure has been reached the rate at which the displayed values reduce slows significantly ending with an error message.The normal return window has passed but I will be trying to get Amazon to allow a return on the basis that it is faulty.This is a product to avoid, not only is it difficult and fiddly to use, it is unreliable and most adults will need to get a larger cuff which increases the effective cost. Support has also been very poor.

Leider hat das Gerät heute seinen Dienst eingestellt, auch neue Batterien helfen nicht. Schade bei dem Preis.

Buon apparecchio. Preciso nella misurazione, compressore per il gonfiaggio del bracciale poco deciso (rispetto a quello di un BM30 della Breuer), ottima l'illuminazione del pannello della lettura delle misurazioni, ma i led che segnalano se utente1 o utente2 sono pò più sbiaditi. Devi fare la foto del pannello con le misurazioni e le letture sono inserite nell' app della Viatom, non sono trasmesse automaticamente via bluetooth. Me lo aspettavo più tedesco, invece me lo ritrovo più cinese. Non lo comprerei di nuovo.
