I didn't use this item as a closet pole, but for a hold for birdhouses I design. It works great for a small to medium size birdhouse.

These have worked perfectly so far. I have and older house and bought these to modify the closet in one bedroom. The closet is only 11 inches deep and one end is on an angle because of the roof. These hold a 1.25in pole in the perfect position to be able to hang items in the closet and still get to them.

I like how they can attatch to the ceiling. With a rod between them I can hang up pans a. Colander or other kitchen tools. We also ha d baskets. they are well made and sturdy. I recommend them

Solid for my closet needs! Gives extra support to my closet rod!

There is no screw hole in case rod is too loose. You cannot adjust. This is pathetic.
