Pointless
As I have now read the other review stating the exact same problem as I have, I am sending this pointless trinket back and hope that Amazon remove there listing for wasting peoples time.The IDs on the box are 11 digits and you app only allows 10! I tried several combinations trying to make it 10 but to no avail.Pointless when you actually need one of these for your ill mother.

Product dimensions very inaccurate. Product ID on box is invalid so the tracker cannot be setup. Total waste of time.
