do these shoes run true to size or run short? I'm a 10.5 in most shoes but sometimes can wear a 10 depending on how they they fit

These are true to size and very comfortable on wide feet.

So i just returned a size 9 that i purchased at the price of $52. i wanted to reorder it in size 9 1/2 and now i'm seeing that cost is $125. why?
