Pressure is fantastic. Good quality

I bought this model because it looks nearly identical to the one my house already came with. It was very easy to replace and comes with all the parts necessary to make the switch. The coloring is nice and it overall feels like good quality. I have been using it every other day with rough handling for the past 6 months and it is holding up well.

….it burst at the hose after about 4 months. I put a valve in between the wand where you could turn the flow down/off while the valve at the wall was still on. So essentially I pressurized the hose, which clearly isn’t designed to hold pressure. After about 4 months, it just burst. That being said, the quality is very good and it looks really nice. I’m guessing if you don’t subject the wand to line pressure, it will last a long time. I’ll give it 4 stars because it is a nice looking wand and the quality seems good. And if I didn’t install that valve, I’m sure it would be working just fine.

I haven’t installed yet, so I’ll update with pics when done. This handshower is gorgeous. Clean and modern with an extremely useful all-in-one supply elbow and mounting bracket.

Well made. Feels solid in your hand. I really like the looks of this product and for the price it can't be beat. After 2 years of use the hose inside the stainless steel sheathing began leaking. I sent an email to their customer support requesting a replacement hose and they promptly sent me one, without any hassle. Very pleased with the product and the support.

First one leaked at the seams (1 Star). Returned it. Second one is great (5 Stars) = 3 Stars

I was replacing a similar item and have never done this before. It was self explanatory and easy to do. It looks nice and the spray is great.
