Probably the best pickled hocks I've ever had. Very meaty,however I like a little more fat. Not too salty. However pricey, I would order again.

I have to say I’m ordering these every two weeks. They are absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Needless to say I’m a lifetime customer because this product is above and beyond. They are so tasty have so much flavor and they had so much meat in them. I literally just placed another order. Love the price and definitely a lifetime customer so happy with this product, my wife loves them. I love them my kids love them. Keep up the great work with this great product. Also, they always come well packaged so happy with this.

great taste,texture,smells as normal.not excessive fat. chewy. a bit much on price . but are delicious ii almost ate all in a few hours.

Funky taste

Received this product in a plastic bottle which survived the bag it came in from Amazon.Good.Tasted the pickled hocks and pickling was good. The flavor of the pork was a little muted, maybe this pork was the other white meat and not the rich pork that has been used to make pickled pork of the old days.But the real turn-off for this product was the color... whatever is the reason to stain this product with an ugly color red... it's the most unappetizing look of anything on a dish. Green mashed potatoes on Mar 17th was more appealing... I took off a star for bad appearance. But, it looked bad on Amazon, I thought it was my computer, so I bought it anyway... that's why only one star down.

Pricey, but consistently good. I have ordered twice.

Okay I don’t know how it isn’t 5 Stars all around, maybe price for size? But the quality is amazing it makes up for it. The amount of meat is perfect. Not to much extra fat, taste amazing and is so addictive. Will be a repeat customer very often!

So delicious. Wish it wasn't so pricey.
