It is a great product
Had the pan now since November (now April) - and have used it at least 100 times since. There really isn't anything that I can say bad about it. It is a solid, hefty pan. Certainly the company does not skimp of the thickness. It cooks evenly, and cleans up easily. Just like all stainless pans, the secret to not sticking is having the pan hot to start with, and just as the food just starts a crust, gently nudge it and it will not stick. And then of course after cooking while pan is still hot, just toss in a little water and any stuck bits come right off.

Wow!
OK, so I worked in the food industry for an awful long time and I’m a relatively old guy at this point. I ran five star hotel, restaurants, mall, restaurants, and high-end freestanding restaurants in Boston. I always enjoyed cooking and trained with a lot of pretty impressive people because I wanted to learn more.I have used/owned All Clad, Made In, Calphalon, Tramontina, etc., etc.x10,This pan kicks not just from a price point, but from an overall quality delivered point. If you add the price point to it, it’s a simple no-brainer. Nothing I have ever used. Has this perfectly balanced, super heavy weight producing an ultimately flat bottom that has perfect content with the heat source. If you’re using induction or a glass top, you can’t buy anything else. The only thing I can say to the contrary, is that if you like to toss in a sauté pan, this is even gonna strengthen you up in the wrist in foreign or give you a go.But, if it’s the latter, just use a good wooden cooking utensil and skip the toss

Amazing pan
One of the best pans that I've had thus far. It heats up very well and has allowed me to start cooking new dishes that I haven't tried before in the past! One thing to note that I do use a gas stove, so I cannot attest to how well it'd be on other types of burners, but I'd assume it'd work just as well.

Solid Pan for the Price
Heats pretty evenly, even on electric coil stove, and does an admirable job of heat retention for a stainless steel pan. Rolled lip is a solid feature to keep things sanitary and for the longevity of the pan. Interior geometry is good if you seek a pan that doesn't have a hard curve towards the edges (a love it or hate it thing). Tooling marks are near perfectly concentric, where visible. My one gripe is the handle rivets. The rivet size and shape are fine, but I'm not seeing the same precision as the rest of the pan in their insertion. There's almost like a half MM gap between part of the rivet head and the pan body. I'm unsure if that's just looks off center or if it is actually a gap. My fear is that even with a rolled lip, these rivets could be the weak spot and a place for liquids and foods to accumulate. But so far that's unfounded, just a concern. If that proves to be a non-issue, then this is some of the best bang for you buck for a SS frying pan.

Understand before you buy
This is a grade A very sturdy very nice pan. Understand this is an all purpose specialty pan. You can use it for anything, you just have to get 2 things right -1. there is no high or low heat cooking - set heat to medium (takes longer then other pans) and cook at medium. Your eggs will always come out browned and fried, but still can achieve over easy. Use the water method to test pan heat - if water fizzles then not hot enough, when water clear and beeds and glides it’s ready - watch video they give you with pan.2. Use double grease then you do in Teflon pans. Double amount of butter or double amount of oil spray and so on. Whatever you use double it. Add grease only after pan is at temperature. Add more grease with additional food - example: Cooking French toast means add butter to pan for each Toast you make. Not following both steps means you will get sticky results. It cleans off easily and you can sear stuck stuff off (don’t do with Teflon). If you don’t want to do the above then don’t buy this product as you will be disappointed.Rewards this pan gives you that other pans don’t give - more flavor and presentation - extra grease builds flavor, fried coloring (browning) builds flavor, added color to food looks more eye popping and presentable. Pan also looks gorgeous hanging or on your stove.Know what you are buying and you’ll be happy with it.
