I used this only once so far, but I knew right away it was a keeper because if feels well made and you feel it at work on the area that is bothering you it also has a gentle cycle so you feel it working but slower, like for your neck area, you need that. Then you can have more power for your lower back and hip areas. You know something is massaging you well. you feel it that well. The other feature I like is the infrared because it is an added feature I wanted and it penetrates deeper into the area bothering you, I knew that infrared doesn't get too hot beause it penetrates deeper, so when I read it doesn't heat much, I know it is real infrared.

I wanted to get my wife something to help with her sore shoulder. She carries a lot of stress around her neck and shoulders, so I thought something like this would be good for that. I do find that this unit feels the best laying down, so it is really good for using while watching a show in bed or on a recliner. I would have liked the heating function to be a little stronger but you can feel warmth from the unit. Combine this with a strong heating pad and use it before or after for the best of both treatments for your sore, tired or achy muscles.

With my second use of the product, it started rattling. When I opened it, a screw had come loose and that was generating the noise. I duly put the screw back in place and tightened it and it came loose again. strange enough the other one seems Ok so not sure why this one keeps backing out and annoying me. Next, I'll hot wax it in place so that it can't back out.

This is a wonderful product. Did not expect to get such an amazing quality item for such a great price. It helps so much with my tight muscles and mad me sleeping like a baby after a long day at work. My partner loves it for the same reason. She suffers from upper back pain and for me to give her a massage is challenging since my hands get tired so quickly but we don’t have to worry about that now with this. Most definitely worth the money!

I love this thing. I love the arm hole thingies because it makes it easy to position so it hits the right spot on my neck, shoulders and back. The heat is great especially since it is getting chilly. On stressful days, I just need to position this in the spot where my head meets my neck, chill in my recliner with netflix on and everything is right with the world again. Already planning on gifting my sister this for Christmas.

This product worked wonders on the knots in my back. The arm holes allow you to adjust where on your back you want to target the massage and also allow you to adjust the pressure by pulling forward less or more. If your arms are long enough, you can apply this pressure with your elbows and still have some other productivity with your arms/hands while using it.UPDATE: This device's cable has an ungrounded 2-prong plug: While using it at my computer, it built up an EMP field or something and fried a USB drive on my PC via the keyboard. This was verified with replication. Do not use near electrical devices, and I would seriously reconsider if you have a pacemaker!

I am very pleased with this product. It works exactly as described. I suffer with fibromyalgia and back pain. I also deal with neck and shoulder pain from working a desk job for eight hours a day. This product was exactly what I was looking for and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this.

If you got neck pain put on this funny looking thing. I thought it would be cumbersome putting your arms in it but actually its the best thing you can adjust the pressure and move it around. A lot of times I use it standing up and will bend over and move my neck up and down and just stretch while using . I really recommend it.
