Requires plumbing experience, but it works as described, very happy
April 2021 update:I'm changing my 5 star review to a 4 star after having these housings for 2 years. I keep the water at 50 psi (housings claim max 90psi rating) but 2 out of 3 housings have bulged at the bottom under pressure, krazed, and leaks developed. The first housing cracked and sprayed a fine mist over the carpet all day soaking that area of the basement. I suggest reinforcing the bottom of the housings with epoxy and structural fiber. Also, be sure to grease the o rings or they bind and leak when assembling. I used a bit of olive oil applied with a paper towel.Original review:I just bought a house with a newborn on the way, but found our water had (even in water reports) very high chlorine levels. Our hair was becoming brittle and our skin was itchy, especially in clothes or under sheet. I suspected it was due to the water as I could easily smell it when anyone would take a shower or wash laundry.I trusted Geekpure to provide a quality product for my family and new infant. I'm happy to say that the system works. At first, I found two of the three giant housings to have minor damaged...it was one of many alignment tabs inside the canister to center the filter, but really would work just fine. The company asked for a photo of the damage and then immediately sent me two new head assemblies, and canisters as a bonus. I'm giving them to a friend who moved to my area because they will work just fine. You can see in the photo how I set mine up.1. Water inlet valve2. Pressure regulator3. Pressure gauge (optional)4. Coarse sediment screen filter (optional)5. Big blue canister with Geekpure sediment filter6. Big blue canister with Geekpure carbon filter7. Big blue canister with Geekpure carbon filter8 Pressure gauge (optional)You will need to get your plumbing aligned well before securing the included brackets and mounting hardware if you are using rigid lines. I had to drill into a cinder block wall, so I chose to flip the included mounting brackets upside down so I could get my drill pattern marked on the wall while holding the whole filter assembly in place.I used 3/4 MNPT Hex nipples to secure my filter heads together before mounting them on the wall, and it doesn't leak, but I'd suggest you use full thread nipples about 2" long to ensure that you get a good seal between filter heads. If it leaks, you'll have to take the whole thing apart to fix it.I saw a customer comment somewhere on here about filter seals leaking and water gushing out from the canister-filter head interface. I experienced that with one of the canisters, but I'm pretty sure it was due to the o-ring being dry and rolling up while tightening the canister on (with included filter wrench). I fixed it by lubricating the o-ring with olive oil on a paper towel. That's enough to get good pressure on the o-ring and maintain a solid seat. I expect this to be in place for at least 6 months (perhaps a year) so I tightened my canisters until they had a pretty solid seat. No leaks.I have a water cooler sitting under the assembly in the photo because the pressure gauge on the right is leaking. I had intended to use it to gauge remaining filter life when water was being actively drawn inside the house. I may plug the fitting instead. I'm not a plumber, so I'm glad that that everything else is leak free.Edit: it's been a month now and no leaks. I ended up taking the outlet line off and tigtening the T before the gauge more. Water is still filtering well. I can check the city water by discharging water from my spin down filter just before the big blue filters and it's still heavily chlorinated. Our tap water isn't though.

Just Wrong
I would have posted sooner but I didn't know this was available. Everything was fine till I went to install the cartridge -- no way.. It will not fit in the canister. I have been running expensive water filtration system all this time without a filter...smart huh..

Awesome
Works as intended. Used some permatex thread sealant and push to connect fittings. All is well.

Recycled - returned product
It’s seems this was a recycled return - no direction or information on install or size of parts to actually install product properly?!?

Good value.
Used two in parallel to filter water from the booster pump before the house. Like the pressure relief valve to ease filter changes.
