Q: can a 2 year old ride the motor bike?

This is a small plastic model to assemble and paint. Not for a 2 year old kid.

Q: Are the instructions for this model in english?

Mine has instructions in English, German and, French.

Q: Is this kit factory sealed?

Yes it appeared to be factory sealed. It was a gift so I have not followed up on the product quality with the owner since it was given.

I believe the parts came colored (?) at least the red. I used Tamiya primer and did it in yellow enamel. You could use acrylics as well.
