Big is good if you are a larger person or are sensitive to touch. Can be a little difficult to grasp with slip oil due to the oil and the size, but you need the oil or it won’t work properly. Holding up nicely, but I will probably buy a smaller one for my arms. This works great on larger areas like thighs, stomach and back.
