This ginger powder smells and tastes fresh. Uniformly ground with good color. A strong resealable foil bag with very nicely presented and attractive graphics on front and information on back. And a half-pound of ginger powder for ten dollars at time of this review is a decent price. Product of India and packaged in USA works for me, and the best by date is about 18 months out from when I received it. This organic ginger powder is excellent! The quality is very high—you can really tell from the fresh, rich aroma and taste. It’s great value for the price, especially considering it’s organic. We use it for cooking and also to make ginger tea. It dissolves well and has a clean, natural flavor. It feels good knowing we’re using something healthy and pure.

I add ginger to many things, including my dog's homemade food topper. this is a good value supplement that is easily transferred to a better dispenser.

This ginger root powder is really potent. It is almost as good as adding fresh ginger but a lot more convenient. I have used it with my baked cookies and also in my curries. You don't need a lot to get the fresh ginger taste. However, it is not ground really fine. I did not mind but some folks may find themselves picking out larger strands of ginger.The best ginger powder I have purchased. Even fresher than the ginger powders I have bought in the Indian grocery stores and general grocery stores. Love it! It should last a while but I will definitely buy more when I run out.

The ginger powder smells very fresh and has a nice ginger zing to it. I got this to make vegan gluten free ginger snap British biscuits for breakfast. The ginger comes in a nice fine powder inside a resealable pouch. It is easy to open and reseal. I have the package in my freezer and the seal stays put even under cold temperatures.
