This product works better than expected! I love the size of it. It’s not large and bulky or hard. Very comfortable and the material is exceptional. Great for fluid build up and helps accentuate that back curve we all are looking for. SAY LESS!!! Best of all you can not tell it’s on when wearing your faja. Ladies get this product!

I love it. It does help with swelling, but softer than I would have liked. Less of a “board” from the title and more of a foam in comparison to other items I've used. Still, I wear this every time with my faja because it alleviates the soreness in my lower back.

This was very uncomfortable bc it would not stay in place, the third time it slipped I was totally over it. My massage therapist recommended I use foam instead. And it works better for the surgery that I have. Lipo on my lower back flanks and upper back. The cushion is better than the board being I still have stitches in me. I don't recommended this little item Issa no go for me. Money wasted

This product is too small and is useless. If I try to wear it under my faja, it moves around and really doesn’t do anything except cause annoyance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MUST HAVE FOR BBL OR LIPO 360. After trying many many foam boards, this is a must for lower back post-op. It actually limits swelling in the low back above but near incisions. It keeps fluid away and makes the perfect indent at lower back and above cheeks. Its small and lipo foam can be placed over it, especially early weeks of recovery. I’m 6 weeks post-op and been using this for several weeks with stage 2 faja. I wish I found this before procedure. I could feel and see a difference the first day i used it. I have learned that some swelling can occur for several months, so i will continue using this as long as I need it.
