Does this product have a manufacturers warranty?

According to the book there is a one year limited warranty.

I cannot find replacement pads for this model. Anyone have a link?

Genuine replacement pads are sold here on Amazon by SharkNinja. Search for: Shark Touch-Free Dirt Grip Washable Pad (XTP184). They are pretty expensive, considering they recommend replacement every 20 wash cycles. As far as I can tell, there are no off-brand replacements for the pad. There are pads that are similar, and may work, but they are for other models of Shark products.

Is it meant for use with only water ? No soap of cleaner of any kind ? Do you need to soap the floor first ?

I use distilled water and add a little white vinegar. It helps to keep the lines clean and gives extra cleaning power to the steam.

Does this not have a stand or a way to maintain upright?

For my steamer I have a big round hook shaped hanger, it’s perfect for the steamer, the extra head, keeps it handy ready to use. You can get these hanger/hooks BB&B or on Amazon. They hang from any rack-I have two in my utility/other closet for this. Use them to hang purses in my bedroom closet, they hold a lot.
