I love the customization on this heart. I can’t wait to use it on our wedding. It was everything I expected when it arrived.

Exactly as pictured/described. My guests loved it but seemed a tiny bit confused about how to drop it in the frame, in spite of my instructions, which i copied from the product images, lol. I had 7 of the hearts end up in my lockbox for Cards, but I simply placed those in the frame myself, once I discovered them. Don't want to post a pic with my and my guest names, sorry.

I was a little worried when I found out this was shipping from the Ukraine. The tracking is a bit tricky and hard to follow however, it was delivered very quickly and everything was correct. When I say the tracking is tricky, my order says it's still running late but it was delivered and we already had the event and it was awesome. I never had to try to contact the seller. I wish I would have taken a picture of it because it was adorable and exactly what I had ordered. I got the large heart with 100 little hearts and the little box to keep them in with their names on it. I got the natural color and it was just perfect! If this is what you are looking for, do yourself a favor and go ahead and order it. You won't be disappointed.

I love the product it came exactly as described and just like in the pictures. Eli was also very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. I am yet to use my product, but I know my guests will love the guestbook. Which is something totally different than they are used to. The string to hang up the guestbook looks very fragile. therefore I would suggest getting something stronger because I think once you fill up the heart it will weigh much more, which can cause the string to break.I would still recommend buying this product, I cannot wait to use it.Thank you, Eli.

The size for 150 guests was perfect. We love it. Our guests thought it was a great idea. The only drawback is the teeny tiny eye hooks in the wood frame for hanging are so teeny tiny that they pulled right out as soon as we attached the wiring to hang it. They are not dee enough to hold the weight. We are trying to rig it another way. But overall we are pleased.

I ordered this in March. Wedding is 8/26. (This weekend)So I was just taking it out of all the package (I did inspect when came) and the heart moved from where it was glued and is free floating which would be fine except for the glue dots in the middle where it was suppose to be. The part that is also suppose to close it and be hung by is too big for the piece. I was really looking forward to this unique piece being at the wedding and hoping we can try to salvage.

I ordered this as a cute alternative to the traditional guest book for our wedding. It came a lot faster than I thought (it was a month early!). It came in a flat package and it was very easy and self explanatory to assemble the box and stands. The engravings are very clean and straight. The wood is very smooth with no spurs and it looks extremely professional. I kept the clear wrap on the heart so it doesnt scratch in storage since my wedding is still a while away but the acrylic is clear with no cracks or imperfections. I am very very happy with this product and can't wait to have it displayed on our special day!
