Way too salty
I use about 2/3 the recommended amount per lb of meat and it tastes ok. Using the directed amount comes out extremely salty.

Not what I bought before
Purchased in smaller container and was different..salty..not impressed

Too salty, way too heavy on the chili powder
We have cooked with this twice and never will again, despite having most of the 24oz container left. The grease from the taco meat prepared with this looks like a radioactive red color. In tonight's tacos we used less than called for in the recipe and the taco meat was so salty it was almost inedible, while leaving our lips tingling. We had to douse each bite with sour cream just to finish the taco. We actually tried rinsing the meat off, it was that bad. We previously used McCormick which has a much more balanced and enjoyable flavor, but it was not available when I decided to purchase this instead. We will be going back to the other brand, but I'm not actually sure when I'll have a craving for tacos again after this brand left such a bad taste in my mouth, literally.

Glad amazon sells this.
My husband loves this taco mix way more than the package that comes with the shells. Defiantly would buy again!
