Orginally I brought a 3 seater and a 2 seater. The 2 seater was damaged and 3 seater(from a different company ) was fine. I exchanged the 2 seater for a 3 seater which then came with no legs and screws. The manager made me video call him because he did not believe me that I did not receive the screws and legs even though it was the delivery man who confirmed him self that I did not receive those parts. After these arrived and I finally wanted put my sofa together when I realised I have two right arms. Nearly a month of me waiting for parts just to put my sofa together. The lady that was helping me out was amazing but the warhouse manager from bedroom bundles was rude and arrogant. DO NOT ORDER IT IS NOT WORTH THE HUSSLE!!! Speaking to the manager about how upset I am because once again I can not put my sofa together he laughed and told me it's just my luck??! the sofas are nice but really not worth the stress and nerves.

Really impressed with this ottoman - Looks exactly like the picture & arrived very quickly. Fits perfectly into my living room! Will most certainly be purchasing the matching sofas. Thank you!

They don't tell you or show you in their description that it arrives in 5 huge cardboard boxes which get dumped and then the driver basically runs away before the look of shock has gone from you're face. Then you have to build it yourself. Because it is a sofa bed (and the 2 seater one is built for a midget) there is a big empty cavern at the bottom back which looks really stupid. I feel really angry and want to return mine.But I have to say it seems well built and sturdy. I can't take a photo as the Amazon camera page is down just noe

Bought this for £325 thinking it would be with the money. I was wrong. DONT BUY. Parts Don’t Fit Correctly. Bolts are so bad that 2 people can’t sit on the sofa forget sleeping because it will break. Thread on Allen key and bolts are ridiculous. Company should stop selling this. Cheap leather used. Wouldn’t recommend. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! Stop selling with fake description about the product.

This sofa is very low and extremely uncomfortable, we got back ache after 15 min. and there was no pre holes made for the legs.I advice not to purchase. :-(
