Purchased 1 of these to see if it truly worked as cited. I was not disappointed.I recieved the cup promptly; but there was no straw. I informed the seller and they immediately sent out one in the mail. So 5 stars for the customer service.I have filled the cup up with ice and water at night and have ice left in the cup even after 12 hours. I even poured coffee in it, went to my medical appointment and then 2 hours after was very impressed with a hot cup of coffee in my car. Ahhh.I am so pleased with this product, I purchased another one. Well worth the money.FYI: The lid is spillproof but not leakproof. So in other words, if I toppled it, the entire contents doesn't spill out but i would have some droplets that would need to be wiped up.

The tumblers are just great. Got them for ourselves and gifts. They are a success and hold the temperatures just as it said!

I am grateful to find a tumbler that fits in my car's cup holder. The shape of this tumbler is nice. It fits well in my hand, is well balanced and not top heavy (and spills)

I've only had the cup a few weeks. Keeps drinks hot and cold. So far only one complaint. The straw barely sticks out from the top, meaning I have to pull the straw outwards to drink.

Purchased for myself, then purchased more as gifts. I love them. They really do keep your drink cold for hourssss, the ice was still there after a full day at work.
