SELLER NEEDS A PACKAGING LESSON
Received the product and it worked, luckily. It was loose in an Amazon bag and was not in the product package (box). The box for the bulb was lying flat in the bag and the bulb was free to move anywhere in the shipping bag. When I saw the bag I fully expected the bulb to be broken, luckily it was not. I immediately tested it and thank goodness it worked. I had purchased same bulb from another seller and it arrived in a bubble padded cardboard box....no worries. This seller could take a lesson and ship items like fragile glass in a padded cardboard box. The bulb worked only by good luck. Buy some boxes next time.
