Got it few days back and used it for 2-3 times (used only the vertical puttu kutty and not chiratta puttu maker) till now. No problems seen till now. Steam came out fast and got puttu cooked very well. But the chiratta puttu maker I got is slightly inclined to one side and dont know if its a problem. Haven't used just this one. Overall satisfied with the product.
