I was hesitant to buy a backpack off Amazon but my kid was headed back to in-person school and I needed something fast. I was kinda iffy on the price but it was worth it. Has lots of storage!! Even a designated space to carry her chrome book to school and back home and it was well protected. Not a thin backpack by any means. It’s simple and cute. The keychain though - it fell apart quick. One of the fluffy balls fell off and within a week they both fell off, so we just removed the decorative keychain all together. But that wasn’t a huge deal. It was kind of big even with the straps tightened all the way. My kid is in 4th grade and almost 10 years old and she said it was sagging down to her butt. Oops!! So maybe get this for an older kid more in high school? It worked for the 1 month we needed it for and we would use it next year again, if it wasn’t too big! I would recommend!

My daughter ia in first grade, not a lot of weight in her backpack, less than a week, this happens. Tried to contact customer service to get a replacement and the item I ordered on july 11 is jot elegible no more. What is this. Seriously

Bought for my 6th grader. We are two months in so figured we’ve used it long enough but will update if anything changes. She loves it! It’s quite cute. Lots of pockets inside and out.It’s still holding up with all her heavy books, laptop, and abuse. Material is a nice and thick, seems to stay fairly clean/brush off easy even being tossed on ground. straps seem comfortable, not crazy padded but the padding in there seems like it’s going to help up well instead of becoming flat and the part where you can tighten straps around the water bottle area and tighten the straps is a nice thick material. even the keychain has stayed on being pulled in and out of a tiny locker.Water bottle/side pockets holds a *32 oz stainless steel water bottle* daily comfortably, you could probably even put a little bigger one in there with no problem and the strap keeps it in place. This surprised me as most pockets for water bottles don’t hold a very big one.Really happy with this purchase. I was a little nervous ordering a backpack online but 10/10 recommend.

This is a cute backpack, but I can tell it won’t last long. The straps are not padded and not very durable. It’s kinda small too. I can only use it to take to work and home. This wouldn’t be a good backpack for anything else. Like I said though, it’s cute!

This is exactly like it looks in the picture. My daughter loves it and it fits all her books and laptop nicely for school. You can also wipe it off with a damp rag to clean it should you need too.
