Impressive appearance, power and range, but unreliable
As much as I'd would love for this router to work, it does not. It's got great power and range, and looks pretty cool to boot. But it loses connection to one or more of my WiFi devices almost daily. Sometimes wifi just quits entirely, forcing a manual reboot. The Smart Reboot option doesn't work. When it restarts the WiFi stays offline until it is manually rebooted.I've factory reset a number of times. I've gone to their website to download a firmware update but the website is so broken that the link to it doesn't work. At least I think it's the proper firmware update. The website is so poorly constructed its difficult to tell if it really is. I guess I'm going returning this thing back to my meager Netgear WNR - 1000. While low on power at least it's reliable.

This router was easy to set up and my signal upstairs for wifi has improved significantly!! No more waiting forever for netflix to load or wishing I can have more than one tab open at the same time with speedly load up! We are still adjusting the antennas for optimal performance however my son says he is getting disconnected from his phone but I haven 't had any of those issues with my devices! I am super happy with it and it is well made and looks real cool too !! I recommend this product and for the price, you wont get any better service :-)

Wouldn't work and couldn't locate any customer support
I had trouble reading the very small print instructions and unable to find any kind of customer service to call for help. Ended up boxing it back up and buying a Linksys which I set up and had working in less than 5 minutes. Do not waste your time or money on this one.

Chinenglish documentation, great speed and simple setup, even for advanced features, like DDNS
Once you get over the Chinenglish documentation, this counter performs very well and works instantaneously (Comcast Service). We noticed a couple of things:1. Very sensitive to other DHCP servers - point in case: we have a second line router that runs a DHCP server. None of the prior TP-Link or Cisco routers were disturbed by this; the Foundry switched automatically into "wireless extension mode" and provided invalid IP addresses to its wireless clients - until we eliminate the second, staggered DHCP server2. Cannot get Apple Devices and our LG IP TV to connect reliable to the 11 B/G/N WLan, unless changed to just 11B/G - that brings me to 3.3. Firmware updates - there is a menu point for Formware upgrades (hoping to get reliable 11N Service), but failed to locate an English website with Firmware information for this routerOtherwise the router seems solidly built, offers a great range and is very easy to configure - including virtual servers, DDNS, etc. - we had issues with Cisco and TP-Link and hope this one will continue to work well as it does now - new.

Great, good value.
Works very well, using in a commercial buidling and can reach twice far and a little faster than the new quantum router from Verizon. Been in operation for 2 months so far, no issues...

The unit is much larger than it appears in the ...
The unit is much larger than it appears in the picture and you would think something that size woiuld be packed with power for outstanding wireless connection, nothing could be further from the truth. It never carried my wireless signal anywhere near max capacity and I have the slowest connection my cable company offers.

Great money spent
Great wireless router. Great interface and plenty of wifi range. As an IT guy I am always looking for reliable devices that are easily setup. Only wishes the firmware update was built-in. You have to go to their web page.
