Hooke Road Console Safe Lockbox Insert Compatible with Ford F150 09-14 w/Flow-Through Center Console

This product fit my needs at a reasonable cost. My first order I received was missing all the additional parts, they only thing inside the box was the lid and keys. Amazon shipped a replacement quickly and the replacement had all the parts required.Installation was pretty easy, it took me and my 3 year old about 10 minutes to install. Basic tools are required including a torx bit. No modification was needed. Once installed the lid functions well and securely. It doesn't interfere with the factory lid at all.My cons are minor and to be expected for the price. Material is not very thick but sufficient to call it "sturdy" however it's not Fort Knox. It does not seem easy to break into without tools or majorly destroying the console. I do feel they need to change the included hardware from Allen head bolts to something more tamper resistant such as a smooth head carriage bolt or security head bolt. The lid has no way to stay up when open, this requires two handed operation.The pros: its a good value for what it is and coompared to the other alternatives on the market. It will secure items in your factory console and nobody will know its there. I did find it slightly disappointing that the factory organizing tray does not fit anymore. However I figured out that if you insert the tray from underneath the lid it will wedge quite tightly into the console and will in fact stay in place, so I'm pretty happy about that.Overall 4 out of 5 stars!

Fits my 2009 perfect. Absolutely love it. Solid product, I trust putting my items in here and leaving them. 100% happy I got this.
