Little Secret LS005-597-19-L20v Women's Bracelet Heart 925 Sterling Silver

Received this item today which has been bought as a gift, whilst the bracelet is what I ordered, it has come with absolutely no packaging its just in a plastic sealable bag - for a Thomas Sabo bracelet I expected to be able to present it in something other than a plastic bag - I ordered the matching choker necklace separately & that has arrived with a branded insert that the necklace attaches to and is then put in a branded envelope which can in turn be wrapped or put in a gift bag. Not happy, I don't personally think the bracelet is worth the money however it was chosen by the recipient as their gift of choice but for it to arrive with nothing to present it in totally devalues the gift, I could be giving her any old tatt, disappointed is not even close.

its a thin piece of string with a sml loveheart and a bigger one looks about 50p worth of bracelet for £26 overpriced tat!.beware!!!

Product has started to turn yellow around 5-6 weeks after purchase, so not that please with it. I wouldn’t recommend the item on this basis

I was so excited about this bracelet and have had it in my wish list for months. so I decided to treat myself. The quality was wildly disappointing; the bracelet itself was more like a string and the heart charm was so tiny and cheap looking. I returned it immediately.
