Excellent tea and Great customer service
A local high end restaurant served Art of Tea with brunch and I was really impressed with the balanced and polished flavor. I had the Egyptian Chamomile and my wife ordered English Breakfast. I like the mix of caffeinated and decaffeinated teas, one in the morning and the other before bed, There was an issue with the order and I contacted Art of Tea customer service and they were empathetic and quickly resolved the issue. I will be a repeat customer.

Love. Love. Love.
I first tasted this tea on a Carnival Cruise & I've been hooked ever since. The Coconut Cream is my absolute favorite!

Very messy
I purchased the 50 tea bags because I like the tea, but many ( at least a dozen) of the tea bags broke open in the hot water making a mess in the cup and tea that was wasted. I would not purchase again.

Yummy!
I had these on the Carnival Cruise line and had to have them at home. They are delicious! My pack didn’t include the French lemon ginger and OH how I wish it did. I love the Earl Grey Crème!!

Nice tea, but misleading packaging
This tea looks interesting, and arrived in good condition. The picture does seem to indicate that the tea arrives in a cardboard box. It does; however, the label on the box says "assorted 50 count teabag, leatherette refill box. This kinda made me think that the tea maybe should be a more presentable box? Or maybe it just means that this is a refill box for a leatherette tea box that one might purchase separately? It's not clear, and the picture DOES show a cardboard box. Just wondering....

Art of tea
I tried this box, hoping it would be something I would like, but it isn't and it is returnable which I can understand, very expensive for tea and not worth it..

No quality control
Every single one of the French lemon ginger bags was broken. What's the point in paying extra for a low quality product?
