This is a great supplement to help with heart health. Remember to also eat only whole plant foods that are gluten-free and without salt, oil or sugar for optimum health. Lifestyle accompanied by this supplement is great!

I have been having very good results taking this for circulation & pain. I take this with L’Arginine at night for good sleep & 2 hours away from Magnesium L’Threonate which also helps with sleep & blood vessel relaxation.
