Size is important
When I ordered my first FitFlops ten years ago or so, I was instructed to order an 8 (39 Eur) if my normal size was 8.5. They fit fine. When I ordered this year, I entered 8.5 and received a 40 Eur size. They were too large. I read all the reviews and saw that some who said the fit was large suggested wearing a thick sock. That made the fit much better for my 40 Eur and the shoe acceptable. I ordered a 39 to prove the theory. The 39 is very comfortable and does not need a thick sock. Thank you to all who suggested the thick sock.

Fabulous
These are the best travel shoe and they look great with jeans. Comfortable to kick off on the plane when the toes need to wiggle around. Great walking shoe once you get to your destination. This is my third pair. First pair went to Italy. Second pair was in Florida. These are headed to Australia. Have tried many other brands but these remain the clear winners for my old, flat, wide feet, peasant feet. FYI....I live in FitFlop sandals too!!!

My Feet Sing Harmony in Fit Flops
Well, this is my 8th pair of Fit Flops and my first pair of mule Fit Flops. Needless to say, I love the comfort and style of these shoes. They make my feet sing in harmony, no matter what the terrain. This style, the mule, I 've found to be a little loose above the instep however, ( I can slide the tip of my index finger in between the shoe and my foot) which makes me walk in them like a house shoe (without socks or leggings), rather than fitting really snugly like a shoe . The length is perfect and the toe box is roomy enough for a perfect un-cramped toe spread.. I wear a size 9M. The color is terrific; very berrylike , bold and shiny . I like that. All in all, I think that they are going to be just fine. I'll handle the "flop".

FF sizing has changed - Shuvs now a whole size larger than before
Sizing is off for this clog. I have many, many FitFlop shoes/sandals all in size 10B and fit very well. This clog fits more like a 10.5 to 11W. Especially the opening, it's very wide and they won't hold my feet in while walking. I also have a pair of Shuv felt clogs in a 10B that fit me very well and I love them. I've tried to buy more Shuv clogs, but they are all too big now. FF must have changed their sizing to go up at least a half a size and wider. If they had this in a 9.5B, I would have tried them. No half sizes except 8.5, which is weird. 9 is too short and 10's are gigantic. So back they go, and I am now offically giving up on finding another pair of Shuvs that fit as a 10B should.

Smooth, soft leather
I have two other pairs of these Fitflops in Navy and black. When I saw these in mink brown I was so excited. The comfort of these mules is good for me all day. I have back issues and these combat that. They are so well-made. Even the footbed is soft leather. They do run a little wide for me, but I can use a thick footie.

Ouch!!!
I have too many fit flops to mention and you could say they are mostly the shoes I wear everyday, apart from a few months in the year where I have yet to branch into sandals. I had hoped that these clogs would be a mid season shoe. At first I was very impressed with the construction of the clog. They are all leather inside and out! that for me was a plus and I was very hopeful they would work out. They arrived on a cold day and were outside for a while, so they felt hard to begin with but boy! are they uncomfortable. They literally hurt my foot and not just the dodgy one with the bunion, now that was complaining loudly but the other foot too. The problem is that they just don't fit your foot well and in order for a clog to work is that it needs a certain amount of 'hugging' of the foot. The material is soft enough for that to work, if the cut of the shoe worked better. This really is the right length but something about the high of the aperture of the clog and how it is just well frankly the wrong shape....I am sorry Fit Flop this is a dud and an expensive one. I have to say that Fit Flop do size differently for different styles of their shoes and I have found it increasingly problematic to size myself with this brand. I haven't given up on them as Amazon offers the free return but they need to resolve it!

nice footbed
I've been on a quest for replacement clogs that I can wear every day. These are nice leather, (a little stiff), and sharp looking. For reference, I'm a size 7.5, have a decent arch, and am a bit wide in the forefoot and look for a wider toe box in my shoes so I usually go up to an 8. Euro sizes are tough bc 38"s can be short and 39's too big overall. These are good on the length. The toe box is a little snug but I am hoping it will stretch some. As you can see in the pic, the top of the shoe near my ankles is a little loose fitting. Some other reviews have also mentioned this. UPDATE...Well, I thought this wouldn't bother me but after wearing them for a few weeks, I can tell you it does. It has gotten looser and a little sloppy while the toe box hasn't really loosened up significantly. The leather is pretty stiff and almost feels like plastic because it isn't softening up. I've put a leather conditioner on them fearing that they would get ruined due to the leather covering the whole shoe down to the ground, and hoping it would help to soften the leather. I also was worried that just driving would ruin the back of them. So far there are no marks on the heel in the leather but they haven't softened up. The sole is pretty cushy and supportive. I'm going to try to stretch the toe box but i have a feeling when I do, the overall shoe will be too sloppy, considering the wide opening. I would not buy these shoes again.

Bought this for the added heel support and it does not disappoint. I have wide feet and bought the 11. The design makes my already large feet look chunky. hahaha. If you can get past the aesthetic, the clog fits well with a little give in the length.

These fitflops are my favourites and I'd already had them in another colour but was keen to get the black version for some time. They rarely come up at a good reduced price in the size I want but for some reason, the sizing being given in only the European meant I could get a pair! These are great to wear with casual jeans etc and are nicer than the more basic look of the gogh style sold for working on your feet in hospitals etc. The gogh pro is a real leather upper whereas these patents are lovely and shiny but are man made. Clearly there is a downside that these patent ones aren't as durable as leather but cleaning is easy with a damp cloth and then a buff with a soft cloth to get rid of any smears. I wear all fitflop styles as I find the design is the best for my back as well as my feet. I have the boots and shoes for winter as well as a large variety of sandals for summer wear too. The range now available for all seasons means I really can find something for every season as well as occasion. Since I started wearing fitflops I have not suffered with plantar fasciitis which was previously a recurrent problem. Although fitflops aren't always the cheapest option, I always know I can rely on them to fit well and be durable. I would always suggest going up either a full size or half when buying the boots in all their different styles, but tend to find this isn't as necessary with the sandal range. I'd highly recommend this style to wear around the house in place of slippers etc, as well as casual footwear outside. I've even converted my husband to buy some in the men's range of leather Gogh style and he also finds them very comfortable and versatile.

Sabots supers.
