Fit extremely well. Rugged design, far better than I expected for the price. Bolted right up to existing bolts. Took the bolts out which held the front bumper and two tow hooks on, I lined up the bar and put the tow hooks on and bolts back in and tightened. Job completed in about ten minutes with very little effort. The lights bolted on very easily as well. I'd buy again if need be.

Installed Rugged Ridge Textured Black Front bumper light bar on OEM front bumper of 1997 Jeep Wrangler. Holes lined up exact with existing holes on top of bumper. Nice addition to a plain bumper.To install you have to remove the OEM front hooks (large star bolts) but the hooks fit back on top of the light bar bracket; gives it a clean look. This item is wrinkled black finish, not smooth, which is what we wanted.This bar took a glancing blow from another vehicle during a collision which crumpled the corner of our jeep, the fender, bumper, grill, and hood, but only bent this bar back a little bit. You have to look close to notice any damage because of the wrinkle black finish. The bar will require some hammering on the brackets to make it sit back flush on the bumper but believe the bar prevented further damage to the grill.

Used this to mount our 36” light to the front of our Jeep. This was the easiest and fastest solution. Direct fit.

Fit perfect .. finish was great and looked great .. I'd buy again.
