Thick, heavy, good quality. Heats up fast and holds heat well. Griddle side is perfect for vegetables & fish. Easy to clean up. Food won’t stick if you season these like any other cast iron.

First Impressions...
Just recieved this item... As long as it holds up over time quality wise I will be quite pleased. Only time will tell.It fit my grill perfectly. My grill had stainless steal grates that did not get the job done as they don't hold the heat very well. I like that this set comes with a grill grate and a griddle plate. I may just order another set so I can have two grill grates and two griddle plates for when I need one more than the other...
