Great Heatsink
Great product, make sure that your case is compliant, it's pretty big and won't fit in some cases, make sure it works passively with your CPU, I've got it running semi-passively on an i9 10th gen locked processor. Works great, the fan I bought to stick on it is inaudible.Think about the airflow and you're good, couldn't be happier.

Silent and cool.
Also cool looking! It so very hugely gargantuan on the mobo in the case. A statement piece. I have the 12 gen 400 Intel and with max stress test CPU was only 75° or something. Very happy with that. I don't high wattage gaming or graphic rendering. Also Noctua were very helpful with good responsive comms.

Does the job
Fit perfectly in a medium size tower with just half an inch to spare on each size. If you place it correctly, it doesn't hide or compromise PCIe ports. It's requirement to remove the motherboard in order to install it as it comes with a specific backplate.I use it to cool an Intel i7 that I use for video editing. Works perfectly without additional fan.The only problem is now I hear the power supply :) I am looking for a silent power supply.Time to install: about 30 minutes.

Excellent
Definitely the best PC Passive CPU cooler as of 2021.

Outstanding
I’m using an old AM4 based PC as a dedicated home media server and wanted it quiet as possible. So used a 5600G chip and no graphics card. The cooler was a bit difficult to install on the braces but when I applied some force it screwed in fine. Temps are outstanding and given my use case the chip hovers around 30 degrees centigrade. Silence and low temps, I couldn’t be more pleased.

Very good heat dissipation
I bought it to build a passive pc. It keeps a i5 13500 at 30c on desktop use and below 85c on a stress test at 100% and 155w of heat. Have to say that I installed a case fan to help in the summer. Very pleased.Very heavy, big but effective. It’s also very expensive tough…

Best passive CPU heatsink
Tried the nofan version and the heat pipe only design was a bit poor on thermal transfer to air so replaced it. This is rather big and ITX motherboards are challenging to fit on due to size/shape profile. Had to wire in the motherboard before fitting the heatsink but was easy to do as the final mounting screws hold themselves in place. Recommend fitting then removing to check before moving into final position. Thanks
