I shop on Amazon a lot but I've only bothered to write reviews for a handful of things which are damn good. This does exactly what it says. Imagine walking around with a sauna around your abdomen. That's this thing. The amount of sweat that drips off this thing after my workouts is insane. When I focus abs I can feel my whole core is WARM! I saw the pictures people posted of the sweat after their workout and I didn't believe it was truly real, but it definitely is 100%.When it comes down to it, I know water weight is the low hanging fruit of losing inches. I'm not expecting a miracle from this thing but it helps a lot in making workouts more effective. It even helps support my mid back a tiny bit during workouts.I'm also following their fat loss plan. It has helped me so much during my fitness journey. Now I feel more informed about what to eat and how to exercise in the right way.

The only reason I gave 4 star is that there was no option to choose the size when I bought it and I got an XL size, which is a bit too big for me. However, it's very good, comfortable and warm. I wore it the first time I went for jogging and cant believe the amount of sweat I had when I removed the belt. Its literally water pouring out from my tummy area. A great buy !Btw, it's only been a month since I got this. Will update after 3 more months for its durability.

I bought this to wear when I am exercising, and I waited to write a review until I had really gotten a chance to use and see how it works. This belt is extremely easy to put on and keep on, provides amazing comfort via the materials it's made with and is easy to clean. Not only that but it makes you do exactly what it says, sweat like mad and get that water weight off in no time. IMPORTANTLY, I had a belt previous to this one that was just "alright" and was ripping within months. This one looks like a premium quality product and I'm quite happy with it.

It could have been way better. Quality is good, pricing is high comparatively. When you take the belt off, there’s an out flowing shape which never comes back to its original shape. It’s a curve of stretch. Inside & outside material is comfortable and quite durable too, no doubt about it. I have to readjust in every 10 minutes as it looses up from the top after I tie it up to my waist.

This is by far the most comfortable and premium sweat belt I've come across. I was very skeptical, and don't really expect much. In the past, the belts that I had would cause painful creases (due to pinching) and leave rashes. This belt on the other hand feels so comfortable, I've had it worn for over 5hrs without any discomfort. In fact, I forgot it was there.The other sweat belts generate uncomfortable heat. With this, until I opened the belt, I had no idea how much I was sweating.I do not use the belt as a means of losing weight, instead, I use it during workouts and while standing long hours and working as a means of support. Btw, it does that extremely well too, supports the entire core with no discomfort. All in all, this simply exceeds my expectations by many folds...I would recommend this product

I use it while cycling, walking or jogging. There for sure is unease involved as I am someone who dresses up in oversized clothes all the time. But, it does offer what it talks about. I started sweating as much from my tummy as I otherwise only did from my face and head. This can also be because it’s thick and the material doesn’t allow any air inside. That’s pretty much about it. Hope this helps.

This product from Fit Mammal is a must try; just sweat and burn off the excess fats just like that. It has given a slim shape to my waist. It is comfortable to use at any time. It’s a great product.
