Ideale Größe für die tägliche Küchenarbeit zu Hause, super Klinge- sehr guten Schliff. Eine Hülle könnte noch dabei sein, damit das Messer länger scharf bleibt

憧れのウィストフです。 私にはこの刃渡り16㎝が使いやすいサイズ。 使い始めから冴えた切れ味を期待していたのに、残念ながらそうではありませんでした。 普段から包丁を研ぐので問題ありませんが、とりあえずササッと研いだだけでは足りなかった。 ☆-１の理由はそこにあります。 もちろん定期的なお手入れを続ければ、ドイツ製の底力を見せてくれるのは間違いないと思います。
